How soon will my order be shipped/when will I get it?

Every effort is made to ship your order as timely as possible. A delay may occur if an order is submited too late in the day or if there is a temporary stock out situation. If the delay is due to a stock out and the delay is determined to be longer than 2 days, you will be notified via email of the delay and given an estimated ship date. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number and your order should arrive within 2 to 7 business days of receipt of the email. Your online orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Unexpected inclement weather, especially during the winter months, may cause unexpected additional time to the order''s transit.

Shipping Methods and Costs

All orders are all shipped via UPS Ground. Your total shipping and handling charges will be configured and displayed on screen prior to you completing your order. Presently, Shipping is 15% of the order total with a minimum of $8.49.

What is the difference between S-tune and R-tune?

S-tune components are engineered for the Nissan enthusiast who drives uses their machine on the street—about 80% of the sport/compact tuner market. S-tune components offer credible increases in vehicle dynamics (horsepower, handling, etc.), but with an additional feature that the aftermarket can’t match. Each S-tune component comes fully warranted from Nissan–up to 36 months/36,000 miles—if installed at time of new-vehicle sale (like any other Genuine Nissan part or accessory).

R-tune parts are designed for the hard-core enthusiast or weekend racer. Street “civility” is compromised for maximum performance. Obviously, parts destined for racing or track days do not carry a warranty.

Incorrect Orders

If NissanAccessories.com ships an order incorrectly, we will correct the mistake or refund your money. If the purchaser orders a product incorrectly from our web site it may be returned to NissanAccessories.com under the following circumstances.

1. The product purchased has not been installed or damaged in any way.
2. The purchased product is in its original shipping container and is in saleable condition.
3. All return items are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
4. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
5. Purchaser must pay shipping and handling charges of product back to NissanAccessories.com prior to return.
6. It is within 10 days from the date of original purchase. No exchanges or returns are allowed after 10 days unless prior authorization is provided.
